I like the music, very classy
The pictures I have seen for the fusion ivory seem to differ because of lighting. Compared to the white sides on a madcatz round1, how ‘white’ is the fusion ivory?
For a minute there I thought the House of Staunton made the black stick
The color is more of an off white than pure white.
Arcade Shock has several 2-3 Qanbas in stock that have Seimitsu parts (LS-32-01 and skeleton buttons). Be aware that they’re $40 more expensive than the regular Qanbas.
(If they’re gonna charge that much more, I’ll just stick to replacing and customizing sticks as I already have been all along…)
alright, so when is the Fusion Synthesis going to be available, I’m guessing this is going to be a limited run like the fusion sapphire, right?

Does taking out buttons and switching them with the plugs provided with the stick void the warranty?
Yes, any modification to the joystick will void the warranty. We include the plugs as a courtesy if you absolutely need a 6-button layout.
Alright, I just wanted to make sure. I LOVE my Fusion Ebony by the way ^^
Two things of note: First, the ebony fusion is by far the sweetest stick I have ever played on. Solid, stable, terrific response. Love it to death.
Second, the customer service at eightarc is absolutely world-class. I was having a bit of trouble with the headset jack on mine after a month (was acting fluky on the xbox). Eightarc immediately offers to either a.) send me a new microphone port or b.) send me a new joystick and a pre-paid box to send mine back in, so I won’t have to miss any playing time. 2 days later, I received the mike port, installed it and fixed my problem.
About 99% of companies out there would want me to ship my joystick back first, thus giving me about a 2 week period sans-joystick. Some of them would have been bitches about the fact that it worked for about a month before it stopped working (“You damaged it!”). Eightarc was immediately helpful, and got me a working stick faster than I could have imagined.
Just a great experience. And great customer service experiences are pretty freakin’ rare.

Just purchased a stick (Fusion Ebony) any idea how long shipping normally takes?

“Eightarc uses UPS shipping for domestic continental orders and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. All orders require signature sign offs unless buyer indicates otherwise when initially placing the order. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to process and fulfill after clearing Paypal.”
Is there any way to purchase different colored buttons for the Start/Select/Turbo/Home buttons on the Eightarc? Saw someone mod a stick with colored ones and I was wondering where exactly they bought those.
Do you guys know when you will be able to restock the clear panels for the fusion ebony?
^As well as when you’ll have the Ivory Fusion back in stock?
