We used to do local pick up, but we only ship now because of increased volume. If you’re looking to save on shipping and would like to wait, we may have booths in upcoming Northern California tournaments. If this happens, we’ll be sure to post here as well as on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

Hey eightarc, about when will your Qanba black and red+white models restock?
We will restock soon in February.
Broke down and ordered a Fusion Ivory, those things look too beautiful to pass up. Can’t wait!
Hey Eightarc, could I get a hi-res picture of the Eightarc/Qanba logo so I can put it the art I’m making for my Fusion? I want to give it a custom feel while still representing your brand.
Aye Eightarc I love your fusion sapphire parts like the see through body and the clear buttons and joy stick just make that fight stick amazing will you be coming out with some more limited edition fight sticks this year? Because I love your fusion fight sticks but I don’t want to buy one if your going to come out with a dope fight stick like the fusion sapphire this year I would rather wait and buy that limited edition
I just purchased a eightarc fusion yesterday afternoon, does anyone know how long it would take them to ship to new york?
I’m throwing another vote towards a fusion onyx. Want that detachable cord.
Working on it.
We can’t give any product releases away
About 5 business days.
Yay! I can stop spamming you now! Haha
Even though the tracking info said my Fusion Ivory would be arriving this Monday from the start, I kept hoping I’d get lucky and have it show up on Friday… Oh well, at least I know Monday is going to be a good day. Need to finish up my art for it today I suppose…
Holy crap, that’s bigger than the stick layout! Thanks!
Are these sticks taller than the TE?
I like how this stick is wide, but I don’t want a stick that is taller than the TE.
I have to say, the Fusion Ivory looks better than I had anticipated. Looking forward to getting my clear panel soon as well.
I haven’t gotten home yet to compare, but I feel like it’s about the same height. Maybe a few mm taller from the incline it has.
eightarc
i brought your Qanba Q4 white+red for 159 bucks and it just got to me today. i tested it out and i liked the stick.
then about half an hour of playing with it the A/X button died. it won’t work. then when i hit the turbo/rapid fire button it all of a sudden works but only when the turbo and rapid fire button is on. when its of it does no work at all. i am very upset about this cause i heard good things about this stick and this is what i get. a broken button without even having it for more then a month. i had my madcatz TE for about a year and its in perfect shape but this stick breaks in half an hour?!
and that A/X button is an important button like all the other buttons. i can’t play the stick if i don’t have the button. i want either a refund or another stick and an explanation on why this stick is doing this. please get back to me on this as soon as possible.
We have received your email and will respond shortly with a resolution. It is possible that your joystick was damaged during transit.
Pre-ordered my stick, back in early-mid December. The website said they were shipping on the 10th. It’s driving me crazy how everyone is getting their stick already and mines nowhere to be found
All Qanba joysticks were shipped before and on January 10th. If you haven’t received your joystick or need a tracking number, email us at info@eightarc.com
Has anyone noticed an issue pressing more than one button at a time with the eightarc sticks?
Pretty early on I noticed that pressing two or more buttons together was much more inconsistent on my eightarc Pearl PS3 than on my MadCatz TE for PS3. I dismissed it at the time because I was planning to swap out the internal circuit board for a Paewang Revolution PCB from etokki.com (so I could have a dual-modded Pearl; note that this was before the release of the Pearl Fusion). However, once the project was complete, I noticed that the Paewang Revolution had the same issue!
After talking with some others and demonstrating the problem to them we’ve come to the conclusion that the electronics in the eightarc/Qanba & the Paewang/Joytron must have a faster “polling interval” than the MatCatz TE. That is, because the former two boards are looking for button presses more frequently, the margin for error is smaller (if you hit the 1st button even a fraction of a second before hitting the 2nd, 3rd, etc. then it will not count them as being pressed at the same time).
For example, if I press LP+RP (Tekken; Square+Triangle on PS3) then I ALWAYS get LP+RP on the MadCatz TE. But with both the eightarc/Qanba & Paewang/Joytron boards I am getting LP+RP sometimes & getting LP~RP (“slide” or “button-roll”) other times.
I’ve swapped out my Sanwa buttons for some other Sanwas I had laying around yet I found the EXACT same issue (I even swapped out the stick and internal wiring with the same results).
Is there anyone on these boards with enough electronics experience to explain the validity of my observations/hypothesis? I find it hard to believe that no one else has noticed this in their reviews for the sticks, but I just cannot ignore what I am seeing here…
Any assistance/explanation is greatly appreciated!
NOTE: I am not in any way bashing eightarc/Qanba products. Other than this issue, I have found the build quality of my stick to be very good. In fact, by “polling” more frequently for button presses one could say that the eightarc/Qanba (and Paewang/Joytron) circuit boards are MORE ACCURATE than the MadCatz TE!
