Oooh, my gf wants a Roku… have you tried it on other routers or just your own?
i tried it at my folks and it worked. i didn’t go past the registration screen. i’m gonna assume if you have a modern setup it should be fine since i’m running an older router flashed with tomato. a little googling showed the initial setup is finicky with certain hardware. i just planned on getting a newer blu ray player.
Just bypass the router entirely it’ll setup without issue.
If I didn’t already have one I’d get it for my bedroom.

I want the scanline generator. Does it only work for regular R/Y/B cables? Can I use an HDMI on it like with my XBOX, computer, or PS3?
shit sorry i didn’t get an email notification about a post. it’s vga only actually. here’s the thread on it. i think you can use it in conjunction with one of those multi-in scalers. i only used it for xbla arcade stuff (MAHVEL) and pc emulators. i’d take screenshots but all i get are overly bright dot patterns from my lcd when i try to zoom in on the scanlines. if you’re still intersted pm me.
