Any idea of I can fit a ps360+ into that Namco stick? I was able to fit a cthulhu in one a few years back but I wanna mod this thing for dreamcast so the 360+ is the best option

Its definitely possible. People have been successful doing a lot harder pcb swaps than that. You’d want to install it in between the circular plastic bracers under the buttons. http://arkadesticks.com/Seinam5.JPG

If you just want to have a dreamcast stick, you should pick up a ps to dreamcast adapter with a VMU plug.

Is the NAMCO still for sale? How used is it?

The Namco is still for sale. It was my main stick for a good 6 months in 2013 which is when I modded it with sanwa buttons. Shortly after that Its been mostly in storage with some occasional use.

There is some dimples of paint that chipped off in the bottom right and left corner. Nothing hideous but overall it’s definitely not a mint matte like finish like when they’re unused.

Buttons are in great shape, joystick is smooth gliding with the original Omron microswitches that are still going strong since 96. Cable is in great shape. Also the yellow L1 and L2 buttons up top were swapped out with grey start and selects from a different Namco.
