The only changes made to the stick are the buttons, ball-top, and dual-mod.
The dual-mod is using a Cthulhu board.

YESMASTER is correct though. Even though it’s on Ebay, he’s using the Trading Outlet as a means to try to get people to come bid on his auction which is still a means of selling something. It’s also listed as a sub-category under the rule YESMASTER posted:

I do also agree that it’s a bit unfair for those who don’t make the requirements to be able to sell while others patiently wait till they have met the requirements.
