top and bottom, so if the template size is 8.5x11, if it’s on a curved top stick the actual body of the stick is what retains the plastic sheet in place. but but doing this, it also covers approximately .5" top and bottom. this is why i tell people if they’re gonna put a logo or their name on it to keep it approx .50" above the edge of the template so it doesnt get covered.
if this is for a standard stick then the whole area is exposed at least until I release the new design…
yours is looking good too, I still need to paint it and I need a joystick for it which will be here probably thursday. otherwise i’m sure you’re gonna be pleased with it
I will post some pictures asap, at least when i’m done it minus the wires!
Well…it seems I’ve gone and done something stupid. In my haste to get my stick I accidently sent Noel the wrong zip code. I put the correct address for my apartment, but I accidently put the zip code for my house. Both my apartment and my house are in Houston but on different sides of town. From what I’ve determined there’s only 1 street named “Cullen Blvd” in Houston so I’m hoping the package will still somehow find its way to me. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow so I’m hoping I can call the post office as soon as they open to figure out what the hell is going with it.
If you know anything about the mail system and can provide any useful information check out the shipping status on both canadapost.ca, and usps.com, and tell me what you make of it.
Edit: Well, I just called the post office that’s by my house and they claim that the people there know the streets well enough to have rerouted my package. Hopefully it’ll show up in the next few days.
Well the mail system pulled through and I got the stick just now. Gonna try it out a bit. It’s been really great working with Noel. I really love the way the stick turned out.
