Alright, i’m sure in a very few hours i’m gonna get reamed for something so I want to get something in the open before it does.
I have made lots of sticks, to my knowledge only two of them have had small issues that needed to be repaired and one of those was suspect since it worked when I got it back. I give a period of 30 days to bring something to my attention and I will fix something IF it’s reasonable. anything after 30 days well, you’re on your own or I will try to give the best tech support on my end.
Customs and duties: in the rare event something is sent back to me and its within the 30 days I will pay the customs on it when it arrives at my door. its outta my pocket but its the cost of me slipping up so I have to accept it.
people sending parts to me and off warranty disputes, i’m sorry, if I receive parts or a stick and theres customs it will be sent back (RTS). anything in this situation i’m doing the sender a huge favor so i dont think I should be responsible for paying duties or customs on these items. under ANY circumstances.
I’m a reasonable guy, I listen to what the people want, I have sold a truck load of sticks this year alone. if I have made enemies over this well I never intended to do so I just have to cover my own ass too. since I never set any rules and regulations into stone its better I do it now then have to deal with a possible internet forum flamewar over “invisible fine print”.
I got a bunch of sticks here packed up and ready to send out, its been a long wait but shit, these holidays have taken alot out of me… Between birthdays, then xmas 9 days later and now new years approaching its been one hell of a damn ride.
I want to thank everyone who has been a customer and those who are prospective ones. I know I rarely make said dates for things to be complete, but I never run away with peoples money and even when things are late people still get what they ask for 
I dont know what the future holds for the business, maybe i’ll stop, maybe I will expand? its at a point now where I could either walk away from it all or allow it to grow into something really nice. I really shouldnt let setbacks get me down, I have had lots of them this year, both personal and business wise. In June I was ready to quit, i’m still here… theres something about this business that keeps me coming back, I dont know what it is, maybe i’m some sick fuck or something hahaha. all kidding aside, i’m looking forward to making sticks in the new year, I got some new stuff to show too… new designs, new concepts just dont know where its gonna take me but we’ll see.

Curiosity: Does anything sent with customs mean anything from out of the country?

see what happens is, even with creative doctoring of customs forms every now and then customs will cut open a package and check it out and set some stupid value on the contents. if the item is set really low the government really doesnt care since they make nothing on say 10 or 20 dollar items. if something is valued a little higher they really go that extra mile to fuck people over. In america you guys have a more generous value to which things can be gifted, here in canada its a joke as well as the UK too! I think taxes in any commonwealth country is pretty fucking lame.
I pay alot of customs for my own stuff I get from Japan, Hong Kong and elsewhere when I order parts from abroad. I’m prepared for those kinda charges!
the other surprise ones from now on I will not be paying them so if someone wants to send parts they better be prepared to accept the risks of low declaration or face having them sent back. I give people the option of send their own parts to save money and to make people happy. lol me getting stuck with customs does not make me happy…

Damn, sounds like shit has really hit the fan Noel. I’ve been gaming for a long time but I never really found this forum or got interested in getting a custom made until very recently. I’m sorry that people don’t seem to be understanding. People should know that you’re providing a very unique service which takes time in order to provide quality. I know you had a few problems getting the parts for my stick in before Christmas, but I am in no way discouraged by that. I am confident that you’re doing the best you can to get all our sticks done (mine included) and I’m just glad that I’m not forced into having to make a custom myself. Hope you have an enjoyable New Years.

hey everyone, sorry I havent been around! i’m dealing with a cold/flu thing right now so i’m pretty much been in bed since new years eve 
good news is i got everyone’s emails and PMs, i will be answering them asap… as soon as I get enough strength to sit up! this is really a task right now
