WTS: Custom Sanwa Arcade Stick(s)

Ur design look good but the sticks…well the box looks thin, like if i sneeze it will blow over what kind of materals are u using

my designs are built in a similar way in which a modern automobile is made. I take a simple flat sheet and form it into a very strong shape. each component of the stick compliments the other and makes the whole assembly very strong yet keeps the weight to a reasonable level. the enclosure is made from metal so it wont delaminate like mdf or other engineered products can over time or with use. I feel and i’m sure my customers feel I make a very sturdy well-engineered product. I have had sticks thrown to the floor and picked back up and played on (act of madness? LOL) I think that speaks for itself. No bondo, woodfiller used either. again one less thing to worry about.

One thing that I take pride in is that metal fabrication isnt just a hobby for me, I have worked in the industry for close to 12 years and can bring my experience to this side-business and use it for everyone’s enjoyment. So whether its welding, forming or machining parts I bring it all to the table.

whether it can be blown over, hasn’t happened yet and I dont see it happening anytime soon unless of course the plane carrying it crashes (heaven forbid) or it gets munched into a conveyor somewhere at a USPS sorting facility  but from regular use it serves people well and I think people get their money’s worth.

hope this dispels any concerns anyone might have

Finks

well my concern…

WHERE THE HELL IS MY STICK! lol.

hope you’re doing well finkle!

I 2ND THIS!!!

lol =)

thanks

LOL my fought just asking is all. so how do i get one bought.?

haha its all good, just wanted to let the people know the inner workings just in case other people wondered too.

if you want something drop me a pm and perhaps we can work something out.

Hey what’s up Noel… nice to see you’re still making great sticks. I just wanted to give you a heads up if you’re not busy, would you mind making another Korean stick for my brother? He wants a second one. Let me know if you have the time.

I’ve seen all your latest work, amazing stuff as usual, keep it up bro!

so. have you sent them out yet?

At least some of them were sent since mine has been sent (and seems to have reached France if I can believe the tracking info)

im like dieing for my stick evo is less than 2 months away and i havent started training!!!

BIG MONEY TO MAKE!!!

is mine out yet?

i guess mine hasn’t been sent since i dont even know the tracking number.

My stick should be arriving sometime this week, even though I didn’t get a tracking number. I can’t wait, I’ll have about a week to adjust to Seimitsu parts before EVO West starts :wgrin:

King: you’re shipped out!
flash: wednesday, I need to pick up some small rubber feet for the bottom but its all done!

I only provide tracking numbers for sticks shipped via EMS since regular expedited parcel tracking numbers are never accurate and cause problems to the end user ie: stick making it to it’s destination but due to the fact that handler never scanned the parcel it shows that it’s still in canada. I dont even know why they even have the option if the people at canada post or USPS arent doing their job properly.

cool cool do you have a pic of it?

yessssSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! thanks finkle!!

Got my stick today, late afternoon. Got lucky the parcel was in rather good shape after crossing the atlantic. Took a hit but didn’t affect the stick at all (parcel was well-made anyway so it helped).

The stick is pure hotness, really really impressive. And I’m lucky, my dualshock pcb seems to be among the better ones  since I don’t have any problem with anything (xbox adapters included). Only thing is I may have to tighten a little the screws on the right side because there right panel can move a little (but nothing worth worrying anyway). I’ll put some pics very soon so you all can see the final product!

Noel, thanks again, you da man!

so when do you think i’ll get mine?

from here to there, probably about 7 business days would be my guess being its on this side of the continent. usually about 3 more to california or pacific coast states.
