Hi, this is my first post in this section. I’ve been using HRAPs until now and must say that I’m quite happy with them. But I’ve turned into an addict and can’t justify spending tons of money on a custom stick - its just silly.

Question:
I’m a newb when it comes to sticks, but I play fighters quite often. So, i’m looking for a stick that is both quality and can withstand the tides of time. I know sticks in general, but I can’t tell the difference between a sanwa stick and a hrap stick. What I want is something similar to that of arcades, I’m guessing they are P360 because they’re fuckin sweet, but I could be wrong. I live in NY, so I go to CTF a lot and those sticks are a dream come true.
Basically, what I’m asking is, whats a good stick/button combo, I do like convex (ones going out) buttons.

UK question: Yes I am willing to make a stick for someone in the UK. Infact there are a couple of mine there already. if you’re willing to pay the postage then I can make one.
Xbox360 question: I can make 360 sticks, naturally they will come at a premium since the gamepads still cost an arm and a leg but there’s no technical limitations on my part for making one for the 360. The only limitation right now is the cost but once again if someone is willing to cover the cost I’d be happy to make them.
I’m not sure what sticks are used at CTF but some popular combinations are sanwa JLF joystick/OBSF-30 buttons, sanwa JLF joystick/Seimitsu Buttons, Seimitsu LS-32 joystick/sanwa OBSF buttons or seimtisu/seimitsu. other cross continent hybrids would be Sanwa JLF joystick/Happ Competiton buttons. A sureshot american combo is Happ Competiton Stick and Competiton buttons. more costly would be Happ P360 and Comp buttons. At the end of the day it’s a matter of taste and what you like best, if you have a chance try them all out and see what feels the best for you. whichever your choice is a stick could be made with any of those components in question.
