The stick I got from Finkle is awesome. Mines the all white one. He provided good customer service and nice guy overall too.

Yeah I just got my stick today, and man it is HOT. Noel excellent job. There’s no way you can say no to his sticks.
yo finkle… how do those korean sticks with a bat top feel?.. most important factors for me are not being too tight(or loose for that matter) and having easy to hit corners (best thing about a happ IMO).
… really digging the korean BBQ and would consider purchasing one instead of waiting for a happ box if it doesnt feel TOO different than a happ comp. keep in mind i grew up playing on neo geo aes sticks so dont misunderstand in thinking that i am against jap parts; the simple fact of the matter is im an arcade player and prefer the same type of hardware on console as to have my console gaming compliment my ability to be consistent as possible in the arcade.

w/ a square gate its too easy to hit corners. I dont think that the sticks w/ the bat top are korean sticks, you can buy a bat top for sanwa. But if you are specifically requesting a korean stick then nm.
Plus, if you go to evo your going to play on your own stick anyway.
i just receive the stick from finkle and i must say…its f-ing amazing. Everything about the joystick is top-notch. Its that good. If ya going get a stick, get it from finkle. ya would definitely be pleased.

The korean stick in my opinion feels very stiff initially but over time should work itself in with gameplay. the funny thing is while testing I never really felt the need to push the stick to the limits (right,left,up,down) just enough to actuate the switches. playing this way was very comfy for me and even after a couple hours of playing ST and HF didnt feel any fatigue and my game was on par with using a sanwa/seimitsu or even a happ.
it does have a very different feel, I wouldnt say its a negative thing i would say its just a different thing. with handle in hand it feels very similar to a happ, motionwise is a different story but after getting worked in it would be quite good i’m sure.

base now is 25 bucks more, the very old “titanic” model was 120 but even for the base model you get quite a bit for your money plus shipping of course too

did you get the baiken? or mini baiken? i have had my eye on that mini! just an amazing stick, so beautiful, but that regular baiken is the shit too!. can i ask what he charged? i left him an inquiry about the mini, and he never responded, maybe cuz you got it
