Mine was also shipped out the 5th. I was calling USPS non-stop trying to find out where my package is… They finally told me, after 10+ calls, that it is still at the post office in Canda. I guess sometimes on “ground shipping” they’ll leave packages sitting in their warehouse for weeks on end until they can fill an entire cargo plane… At least that is the excuse they gave me. Kind of getting mad! And I was told this last Friday. At this point I’m expecting to receive my SFIV TE stick before this one, and I ordered WAY WAY WAY before November heh. Bah, USPS and Canada Post blow =/
So, yeah. If yours was shipped out with mine I wouldn’t expect it soon.
Edit: Nevermind, gf just called and said the box arrived today! But the box is really beat to shit apparently. I hope the stick is okay =/
Assume yes until you get a reply saying he’s not. You’ll find it’s pretty much the same with all stick builders I would guess. Good ones are generally always very busy.
God those stick are amazing. I’m very interested in picking up a couple. Does Finkle have a website or anything? I’d like to know how much a standard stick without any fancy bells or whistles contained and what options are upgradable. Something with numbers for me to crunch
So it’s been almost a month now since the 5th, and nothing has shown up in the mail. I talked to Finkle once on the 21st via a quick e-mail response to my 5th follow up. He said my case was ready to be shipped, he just had to send it out. You would think it only takes a few days to get here. SFIV is right around the corner and I ordered this back in November to try and have it ready before the SFIV launch.
I am aware that he doesn’t have a computer, I’ve added him to my xboxlive friend’s list but I’m never on when he is. Can someone who knows him get in touch and please have him either get online at a friends house to reply or relay a message with when he plans to send the case out? My patience is starting to wear thin and I really don’t feel like e-mailing him again because I doubt he’ll respond since his computer is down.
Just wondering if anyone knows if Finkle does local pickup? for those of us living in Toronto and would rather just go pick it up quickly rather than wait for shipping
