No, they are complete pads. Though I can pre-wire for people if they want.
But some people might rather pay $6 and do it themselves instead of $~15 for pre-wired.

How used are the OBSF-30s?
Never used. Only a little dusty because the stick has been lying on the floor for about 6 months :lol:.
The contact points have never been soldered or attached to a quick disconnect, never been used to play a game etc.
