I am sorry that you friend passed away, and you other friends is hurt. However, with all love and respect, you did not pass away and you did not get hurt.

I have sent him two, detailed e-mails asking for some info or possibility of money back (Over the past two weeks).
No reply. Two months for a blank stick is along time. I needed it for Christmas time and I might end up spending extra.

You guys need to create a negative feedback thread so people can look out for these type of sellers. Sorry to hear about this lack of professionalism. If you paypal’ed in advance and you are within a 45 day window form that date make sure to alert paypal of the situation. I believe you can still recieve your refund.
I believe that I am past the 45-day time period PayPal gives us. Hopefully Painted will show up soon and fix this problem. If not I don’t really know what I can do.

Painted Pale has been around for along time. He is known personally by many people on this board(not by me).

Agreed. He’s a great guy. I received my stick from his from his last batch. Last time I heard, he was going through some bad times. He has a User Feedback thread and it’s pretty good.
Before I made the order for my stick I got some info on the stick makers and I really liked what I saw being said about Painted. (no offense to the other sexy stick builders ) Which is why I decided to buy from him, I’m just a bit worried because I payed for my stick in September and well…it’s almost Christmas.
I know Painted has had some personal issues going on recently which is why I’m not making an angry post in all caps expressing my rage through the internet, but a little communication would be nice. If he were to of told me that something came up and that there was gonna be a delay then I would understand and I wouldn’t be concerned about the status of my stick but there was nothing said from him, he just…disappeared. 
I’m not gonna bash the guy, shit comes up but as a customer I’d like to know if my product is either having some problems or will get to me late. (very late in this case) Either way I’m going to have to wait, hopefully the end result will be worth the wait. :lovin:
