Painted GET IN HERE, tell your customers your broke, if you have to, and tell them they will either get their sticks and take pictures of what you have even if they aren’t done etc, or that you will refund as soon as you can, or something.

Guys, I say give it until Next Sunday, if Painted doesn’t come in here, or give you guys a response somehow, get his personal information, get in touch with him, and do whatever is appropriate to get your money back. I feel for the dude, I think its more pleasant for both parties, to work it out, ie if hes broke, hey he can refund you when he is able again, but at least show some sign of life, or respond to emails, etc.
THIS THREAD WILL BE CLOSED SOON, because its not helping at all, and no one is going to order anything ever from this thread again from the looks of it. If it keeps going, everyone can have fun bombarding the feedback thread, because if theres no answer by next sunday, this thread is no longer useful, but feedback will be.
Steps if nothing happens.
- Get his personal, do a last resort on mutually working something out.
- Get in touch with paypal, all of you, freeze his account, they maybe able to escrow, since its late, you may not get your money back, but if all of you call in, bother paypal, they will most likely freeze his account.
- If still nothing, and this is the worst possible thing, but release email and personal info, I am 100% agaisn’t this, but it may be a last resort, so people don’t ever buy anything again, or so not another account can be made, etc, etc. I REALLY REALLY hope it doesn’t come to this.
I have nothing but respect for your work PAINTED, you were one of the OG’s and has to this point been really good, I really and urge you, get in here, work with your customers, and END your thread with dignity, its the least that could be done. No need to share the details, if your screwed your screwed, but tell your customers, whats up, and work with them, none of em want to mess with you.

also, all customers thats need money, or stick. Make a list among yourselfs, and exchange emails.
so we know exactly who is still owed. We as stick builders are all working hard, so this never happens again, period.
Hey I’m trying to give this guy a chance, but those months are passing by and it’s becoming more and more likely that he won’t return. It’s bad service to the customers, they want to be updated and want to know where their stuff is. It shouldn’t be hard to find a computer with internet somewhere and let his customers know what’s going on, but nothing has happen. Now the customer is forced to track him down for refunding, a solution easily avoided if he would just update and get back on track. Too some though, it’s probably to late for even that…they just want their money back no questions asked.
I think everybody should chill…
If we make this a hate thread the Mod said he is going to close it, and then we are all screwed (even more)…

I called and left a message with his grandmother. She was very nice, he was not there. I hope he calls me back, remember we are trying to settle this nicely and professionally. I will not give you guys his number since I would not want just any crazy person to terrorize him or his family thru the phone.

Look, I kinda cared-kinda didn’t. I was calm about it for a while. I think Gl0ry knows, how patient I was about it. Now it is indeed to long and you guys are getting shafted, so I felt it’s time to do something about it. In about 3 hours from the time I started searching I found a BOATLOAD of info.
So it’s time to talk to the grand man himself. I am waiting for him to call me back, I don’t want to escalate this farther than it needs to go.
He is about 18 yrs old and I would not want this to end up in his records somewhere that he owed money or “scammed” folks.
Now it’s all up to PP to contact me and see what went were. If he needs shipping money then he needs to borrow some. Or perhaps I can send him some to get me my product, I would do it since I know where he lives and other info.
