Raph’ is just wrong.
Think CE Bison with a fireball, a good reversal, and an extremely damaging unblockable super.
Tick throwing with Chrome Dome is very effective.
He can even combo into his command throw KoF style.
I think that’s “throw glitch” you’re referring to. It’s not a glitch but something that has been a staple of many KoF/SF games.
The thing about this one is, the command throw can catch someone who’s still in block stun, which is very very nasty.
