To solidity the feud they should have a match at Chamber and have it end in DQ or no contest. That would push a championship program between the two further after Mania. It can be an unfinished business kinda thing.

They could, both Kofi and ADR have a lot of star power in Smackdown, it could be a good potential long series of matches.

My guess on Miz/Lawler: Either Lawler wins the belt (probably due to some type of interference) or Miz retains but drops it to him on Monday night RAW, setting him up for a Wrestlemania spotlight and a good retirement.
