I can’t think of a proper word for it, but I was always…I dunno, hesitant(?) to watch some of the indy stuff because I didn’t know shit about any of the wrestlers. This is pretty cool though.
Yeah, pretty much. Hard to like WWE at all after watching even a mediocre Indy match. At least WWE has Bitch Cena.
I wouldn’t go that far. I still like the E, but now I’m just more open to watching other stuff – especially if it’s free. WWE has its own style now, like it or not. I guess I’m just more forgiving of it since I grew up with it.
Well, if the WWE continues what they’ve been doing recently with actually giving us a decent amount of matches (and good pairings too) each show, then you can’t really complain. I mean, at most, besides rebuilding the tag division, they just need to give the midcard more time and stop the Taker/Kane matches and it should be fine. Better than crashing and burning trying to go for broke ala TNA…
ive watched alot of indy shit in my life…prob more than 99% of this thread, i def know ive gone to more shows than everyone. and that is a flat out fallacy sir, mediocre indy is def worse than wwe.

Yeah. For like…every one good indy fed (ROH, PWG to name a few) there are about 20 shitty ones. :lol:
edit: I remember about a year ago I was at some gaming store and there was a poster for an indy fed here in Arkansas. It was about an hour away from my house. Main event was like…Al Snow vs. some local. :lol:
I ended up seeing another poster of theirs and ended up going to the site. A lot of the people there looked like wrestlers in the territory days. Just fat, old, likely drunk or coked up and just really ugly. I doubt they could work worth a shit.
And then, I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and see Taylor Wilde and Amazing Kong. :lol:

On the Indy discussion, lol when i first got internet (05 i think) i went on a fucking binge looking for wrestling because i wanted to know what happened to Brock lol. Man some shit is horrible, even the good indys you see a match that sucks no matter what they tell you like Chikara has some shit matches, same with Joshi some of those girls no sell everything and lose to a stiff kick or whatever. Some of my favorites are the ones with the old school wrestlers, they may be fat as fuck and old but their charisma destroys any of the spot monkeys. Tracy Smothers ftw!
Indy crowds are the worst man, I love it when kids get into matches cheering faces and all that, and some douche screams over them with his corny chants. Fuck those guys >: (
