The final 2 will be AJ/Sting or AJ/Hernandez

I can see AJ going heel and turning on Sting in the finals to join the Mafia. TNA is cute like that.

OR

AJ will “accidentally” cause Sting to lose his shot to Hernandez so it’ll be Hernandez/AJ/Kurt/Morgan at No Surrender then towards the end AJ will Pele Morgan and throw Angle ontop of Morgan.

Which will lead to a Sting/AJ feud at the next PPV. (The PPV where Sting is supposedly retiring)

I am thinking “traditional” TNA booking though. But, since Dixie is trying to push the younger talent and is a big supporter of Morgan he [morgan] will likely win the title.

Dixie wanting to cut the amount of PPV’s

TNA president Dixie Carter says she is not a fan of the current once-a-month PPV format and she would like to see the formula shaken up.

“I’m not a big fan of monthly PPVs, quite honestly, but you have contracts that keep you held in and bound at times,” Carter told John Pollock of Live Audio Wrestling on Sunday night. “We’re definitely talking about trying to shake things up and do things differently in the future.”

Carter’s statement was in response to Pollock’s question about whether TNA will focus on six big PPV events in the future rather than 12 per year that tends to water down the product.

Carter stressed the company will be addressing many of the elements of the product that have become stagnant or too formula.

“I work very, very closely (creatively). I’m not going to profess to be a wrestling writer. I am good at challenging people. It’s not just ratings, but other things as well,” Carter said. “We’ve made a lot of changes internally to present the product more real and focusing on these young guys.”

Carter was also asked what area of their business TNA needs to address the most. She said top on the list is adding more TNA programming to compete against WWE in the U.S. market.

I actually think it’s a good idea tbh. Having Bi-monthly PPV’s gives the feuds and matches more meaning. I like the idea.

1)Those are their “biggest” PPV’s of the year out of the 12
2) The names could be segways or a gimmick for the current story lines (Thinking Breaking Point but not gay)

Honorable mentions would Genesis, Destination X (But make the X-Division Match the Main Event), Against All Odds, Turning Point, Hard Justice. They could swap any of first 3 ppv’s. The last 3 should be staples. Actually, not Genesis. It’s a gay name for a PPV.

One they should never use ever:
Lethal Lockdown. That PPV is horrible every year and a total botchfest.

Personally I kind of wish that Destination X (sure this is gimmicky) but all the title matches have to be won with Ultimate X rules. I mean it makes it tough for the big guys, but thats what you have SKILLED creative writers for.

I dunno…I mean the ultimate X with Daniels, Senshi, Primetime, Homicide, Kaz and all those other guys was pretty out of this world. It was the match when Daniels, Senshi and Primetime reformed Triple X

Nigel McGuiness would be perfect in the WWE. I’m pretty sure that the WWE has looked at him with intrest. Who knows? Maybe the Euro faction I’ve been dreaming about for years will actually happen (Regal, Finlay, Sheamus, McIntyre, McGuiness). That would break WWE.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Brett DiBiase has been described by quite a few backstage WWE officials as having a lot of potential. They specifically noted that he comes off much more relaxed and natural on camera than his brother Ted. Mike DiBiase, Ted and Brett’s third brother, is also someone WWE is keeping an eye on and is said to have a lot of potential as well. There was talk once of WWE creating a “Billionaire Boys Club” with the three wrestlers teaming together to work a gimmick similar to that of The Million Dollar Man.

Brett was the ‘fan’ that ran in during Orton and Cena at Summerfest. And the Billionare Boys Club sounds really interesting.
