no amazing red invented the code red which rey stole a few times. i even talked to him about it when he was at a signing. red in turn took the 619 and named it after brooklyn or sumtin.
also rey took the og version of 619 i believe. the one where he just whiffed for meter and didnt actually kick people.
that would be nice. Dump someone on their brains and get some love from the crowd would be the best finishing move. Come to think of it, Magnum T.A. could’ve done it. Fastest. Wins. Ever.
:wasted: The first thing I saw when I clicked that linnk was Icky Vicky. Will I ever be free from that face?
On that note, I miss Shelly Martinez.
I already did. I take an opponent, I slam them on the mat, I wave my hand in front of my face a few times, bounce off the ring ropes, come to a complete stop, then fall on them with an elbow.
…Oh. Wait.
The phantom of WCW was the shiz. I’m thinking that the Hollywood Hogan heel turn could give it a run for the money though. that was on some,“Luke. I am your father!” type shit because hulk never did a heel turn before. Shit was all kinds of jokes.
lol silver surfer, that shit was just to hide his body with no steroids. poor rey rey ill still be a fan.
and yea everyone takes moves from other wrestlers all the time you cant really get mad at that. so sorry nova aj styles etc
i cant watch too many punk matches together, same shit all the time usually go to promos instead
i really doubt hhh will try to BERRIE danielson, when you were trained in hbks camp have his respect from him and others like regal i dont think he has to worry.
I played this just a few minutes ago. For not having a career or story mode I sure loved this game back in the day. Aki Corporation made some great wrestling titles on the N64!
Not that it really matters to me, but I find this hard to believe because
EVERYBODY liked Sting back then. Everybody. The younger crowd and the older crowd. Marks and smarks. I mean c’mon. You got a guy coming down from the rafters beating up an entire gang by himself. The announcers/commentators hyped it up like crazy everytime it happened. That whole story about Sting turning his back on WCW was the most interesting thing in 1997 culminating in one of the biggest ppvs ever (Starr Cade 97) that was also the biggest letdown. This was back before the internet before we got to read dirtsheets and form our own opinions.
Secondly, as far as I remember you started coming to this thread in 2006 and barely knew shit about anything except for Orton and Batista and you hated the indies. Honestly, did you even watch back then? It’s ok if you didn’t.
Now I see you’ve changed your join date for whatever reason and from reading this thread from time to time you are like the new Maxx, the guy that knows everything about everything.
WCW in it’s prime was better than anything the WWE or WWF ever did even though WWF had the bigger stars. You stayed up at night or taped that shit on VHS if your parents didn’t let you stay up to watch and practically very episode was a heel ending which made you want to tune in next week. It was like an actual soap opera.
wcw/nwo revenge was a gdlk game. i think i still got that somewhere. maybe i gave it away. it had goldbergs autograph so im sure it went down in value. one of the great multiplayer games.
