-I don’t care what some of you guys say I am a Bret fan. He isn’t as good as Shawn is (HBK and Ric Flair are 1a and 1b on my all-time list), but his days with the Hart Foundation and from his matches with Henning, Hall, Nash, Flair, Michaels, Austin, Taker, Piper, and Davey Boy marks him firmly in my all-time great category. If Bret came back in would be almost surreal to me, and I would take him right now as Raw GM over this guest host bullshit.
-After a year of WWE-PG I’m really starting to wonder if McMahon is stuck in the middle and don’t know which way to go. He wants to appeal more to the kids, but I think he still knows that a good percentage of the fans are adults (how could he not seeing that Batista and Cena are booed by almost every adult). I think its shortsighted because they are missing a good point: most of the kids who are fans now became watchers during the TV-14 era. That was back in the days when Cena was freestyling and making gay jokes. In fact most of us who were fans during the attitude era were still in middle school or in high school (I was 12 when I was watching Austin-Hart I Quit at Wrestlemania 13). It is further proof that most kids are interested in programming that is “geared” for adults. They need to realize this shit sooner rather than later.

Kinda wrong there. If you watch either RAW or Smackdown recently, sometimes they cut to the kids in the crowd and they were probably still in the cradle during Cena’s heel run…but it really varies by town.
Bret Hart is the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be, to think otherwise is insane and uneducated.
