Cornette needs to slow his roll. I guess now’s too late because TNA just slowed it for him. Sweet news re: Dragon and Nigel going to the main shows. I too hope they head to ECW first so they can have a chance to get over before the egos have their way. At this point I can’t see anyone that can survive just with the crowd (forget the ‘old guard’ in the back) if they start immediately on the main two shows. I kinda laugh at how they didn’t have a choice with Punk after he got over immediately in ECW - let’s hope we see something similar here.

CM punk getting “boring” chants during his promo on SD today. Punk needs to vary his promos. Most of the crowd aren’t drunk or druggies like the typical indy crowd and could care less about what he says about rather are affected by the heelish manner of how he says it. And the older people who would most likely be offended by his promos are smarks that actually like him.
I think 2-3 years ago, TNA fired some ROH people for working a ROH show during a blizzard, then showing up a bit too late for a TNA PPV. That caused them to ban people from doing both for a bit, and caused some resentment. Austin Aries was involved with this.
The problem with TNA isn’t talent, it’s how they use it. That and make the commentary team the Guns and Taz. That will work.
As for Jeff Hardy- those charges will get you jail time in NC no matter what. From the sounds of it, he was doing some shit Nate Newton would be proud of.
