Apparently the identity of the “Sanity” wrestler has been discovered, putting it behind spoilers in case people don’t want to see it.

He’s scheduled to appear some time during September tapings, having finished up his independent dates and has been teasing about the clip on his Twitter account. Other wrestlers scheduled to appear in that timeframe are Tommy End (who similarly to Damo just finished up his indie dates) and Cedric Alexander who has been offered a deal.

I think i know why we like Rusev so much. He is the biggest face in wwe. He does not cower away from fights. He fights for his woman and his country. He even fights while injured.

I fucking hate this stigma against tapping out. Why do the faces not tap? I mean i guess austin set that precedence. But we need guys to tap because it only takes 3 seconds and your arm is broke or your knee is popped
I hate the stigma against tapping out also. Heels at main-event level are forced into having second finishers since the faces can’t tap. I don’t like the “passed out from the pain” crap they do to protect them as only an idiot would let it go that far.
I believe it’s because people take being submitted as a sign of “weakness” and you can’t have strong babyfaces being a bunch of pussies can we?
Which is strange because Angle would do it all the time when he was a heel, and whenever he won via submission, they never saw their opponent as weak or anything.
I would like Owens to win but I’d be fine if they put the belt on Rollins. I honestly don’t see Reigns winning it cos his feud with Rusev. I predict Rusev interfering and costing Reigns the belt. I honestly believe Big Cass is just a place holder and this match is just to build him as a singles competitor like they did when Enzo was injured. I don’t see him winning.
At Backlash, I want Aj Styles to win vs Dean Ambrose. Styles HAS to win at Backlash. If he doesn’t, it will invalidate the entire Styles/Cena feud and its outcome.
Rollins or Owens with the title is better than Roman.

The only way i want reigns as champ is via heel turn. Like say next week rollins and owens get “taken out”, and big cass is found clenching his ribs. But he chooses to fight because hosses have to hoss.
Reigns decimates Cass. And acts like the cocky asshole he was in the shield. Then next week we find out it was him. And he laughs about it and says screw the universe.

Going by the interview with Cole and the interaction with Miz this week, the seeds are being planted for a Bryan comeback. If it happens at all (and it probably won’t as long as the corporate lawyer says so), it would be some petty shit like a triple threat against Rollins and Brock.
I’m starting to wonder if DB’s whole retirement gig was just to extend his recovery time, and was always contemplated to comeback one day (and if he actually couldn’t, well, no worries…he’s already retired amirite?)
Well, who knows. It might just take a long time. I mean, we thought Shawn Michaels couldn’t possibly wrestle again, and he came back 4 years later and got another 7-8 years on his career.

I’m not sure I like the current angle they’re doing with Miz/Bryan.
Dangling that carrot in front of the fans AND Bryan is a bad move. Bryan’s already on record stating that he was basically forced into the GM role and last we heard he still wasn’t completely settled into the idea that he can’t wrestle anymore.
It’s bad enough he now has to watch everyone else do it feeling like he can still go, but to have him talking about ‘what ifs’ and thrown in his face feels way too soon and in incredibly poor taste.
If he’s okay with it, then that’s fine, but all evidence is to the contrary and a lot of it is coming straight from Bryan’s mouth.
They really should do more with Tye Dillinger. He seems pretty over and respectable in the ring

I’ve been out of the nxt look for awhile aside from Takeover events.
Tye is so over La Sombra making his debut against him has derailed his push and make Full Sail sour on him. Anyone pitted against Tye is an instant heel.
I feel really bad for Andrade Almas, both of his higher profile NXT matches have been against crowd favourites. I’m sure he’ll get his time since he’s super talented it’s just really shitty timing for him.
