No one dislikes Roman as a person. Just like Cena. We just hate that the company is force feeding him to us regardless of how we feel about it.
Cena does a better job at poking fun at smarks then Reigns. That Tumblr photo is nothing compared to troll of Cena’s promo the raw after WM29 and every time Cena performs in front of a hostile crowd.

And it doesn’t occur in a vacuum. Everything Roman says in interviews is lame, too. At least John Cena comes across as a cool, awesome guy in shoot interviews. Even if he doesn’t convey that in promos. Reigns doesn’t have that much going for him.
Reigns is in a tough spot. He isn’t good enough to get over on his own and the dude who signs his check is making him the focus of the program/story lines. That pic is him acknowledging the absurdity of the situation. Unless of course he is proven to be an asshole. It doesn’t warrant everyone getting riled up.
In fairness to Cena, the guy’s had pretty much 10 years to adjust to, understand, and figure out the whole smark bit. He wasn’t used to it at first, but he is now. Conversely, Reigns has only had to deal with stuff like this for the past 2 years now.
