it was a great movie, I just wish the sugar rush portion was never the main part of the movie. the short before the movie was amazing.

Movie was awesome and FAR better than I expected. Again like others, Sarah Silverman I hate but her character grew on me. Those people living in the building reminded me for some reason of the bitizens from tiny tower phone game.
Shulkie is feminine and healthy. Calhoun is just an unremarkable 45 year old bulldyke who probably doesn’t shave her legs and smokes a pack a day.

I enjoyed it
Finally went to go see this with my wife last night. I definitely enjoyed it, and while my wife is not as much of a gamer as I am, she still caught a lot of the references that were made.
It’s a little predictable, but hey, it’s a Disney movie - can’t really fault it for that.
I thought Sarah Silverman was awesome as Vanellope, which is cool considering Silverman’s typical comedic stuff is not family-friendly at all.
Regarding Calhoun’s hotness (or lack thereof depending on your viewpoint), I think Disney did a good job representing her as a tough female character, which not a lot of Disney movies do. For a lot of guys, including myself and Fix-it-Felix Jr. lol, her toughness is part of the appeal, but her character design is still attractive enough.
Anyway, all that aside, I thought it was an awesome movie and would definitely watch it again.
