It’s mostly general comments from the japanese players.
They say the level was very good. Desora mentions Yamazaki93 (French Ryu).
Eita and Fuudo say the foreigners show high skill, and are very motivated. They have what it takes to be great players. But they should communicate more. They should exchange more info with each other. In particular they lack matchup knowledge. Both of them mention that.
Desora: of course in Japan all that communication happens in the arcades. If someone is really good with a character you go play them a lot, learn their attacks, get as much matchup knowledge as possible. Then go to another arcade, and learn more.
Daigo on the famous ‘EVO moment’: he wasn’t as stressed as the first time he came to the US. The crowd cheering for the other player gave him motivation, made him want to win more.
Fuudo: liked seeing players of all those nationalities have fun together.
Daigo: the atmosphere of the tournament was refreshing,
like he saw child play, his level was already good
and saw people come with their families
you don’t usually see that in tournaments
The little kid is 10 years-old and has played for 8 months, he is indeed pretty good, can’t remember the name.
On SSFIV:
Eita: Juri should be good, she is easily able to confuse her opponents, leaves good impression
Daigo: the game has lots of differences, felt really different
(not on the video, but he also commented that there seemed to be more negative stun in general - for reference he tried mostly Guy & Dee Jay)
Fuudo: would come back gladly
World level has increased
Thank you
