Hey does anyone in this city play mvc3 or ae ? Im from edmonton n I’m looking for some games while I’m here for the weekend, I’m down for casuals or mm in either game if anyone’s down… I brought my xbox stick with me so lemme know peeps.

I’m guessing you guys still meet at the Uof M? I’ve always wanted to scope out the scene, play some locals but never got around to it. Is it an all day thing, strictly in the evening, or-?
Yup we still meeting up on fridays. Might be a little less people in the next few weeks with a good portion of the group going to evo. After evo is done we’ll be back there in full swing though.
Fridays around 7 or so at U of M. Think I’ll be there this week.
I also will take it upon myself to liven this place up a bit. First, we need drama to make sure people keep coming back.

Anyone willing to play me online? CrusherBMX is my psn tag. I’m at a good 5k skill level (thats what it was before AE) but the matchmaking has taken a massive plummet and with my 1k right now (barely play online) I usually get matched up with people 6.5k or more and have decent matches but still get owned.
Who are you and why haven’t you ever come out to one of the gatherings?

In any case, people usually do get togethers on friday at the U of M in the science lounge.

Lol I am Drambit and I don’t come out for two reasons. 1: I got into sf in late 2k9 and have only recently gotten good, and 2: I’m 15 lol.
You would have gotten good a lot faster had you come out earlier and being 15 doesn’t mean you can’t come out to gatherings once in a while. I’m going to assume you’re gonna have trouble getting down to the university. I hope you come out someday. Always nice to see new people from winnipeg come out.
