I also believe Street Fighter II should last the longest comic series Street Fighter has ever gone. With so many characters from Alpha not used and lots of back story given with the final revision of Super Street Fighter II Turbo…I’m sure Udon can write a long story of up to 100 comics!
Hope so…I would love a street fighter comic series that never ends…and street fighter II is the one to do it. I hope they go back to SFA/1 though
Always feels glad to see I’m not the only one here who still loves the Street Fighter Alpha story and characters. I still think the Alpha setting is the best one to use for a story, with so many characters basically doing their own things around the world.
And Alpha has Sakura, Charlie and the Final Fight characters. A big plus for me!
After playing through Ingrid’s story in SFA3 Max, I wouldn’t mind if Ingrid showed up in the comic and they adopted at the very least her fight with Vega(cape), and just had him beat her up, perhaps in a back up. But this confrontation might be to close to Rose vs. Vega and Vega vs. Rose’s mother/elder so I would understand if Udon didn’t do it. They’ve done enough in my eyes with young Yun and Yang and maximum 12 Doll exposure for me to loose sleep over it.

Lol, I’ll say it twice. Ingrid’s entry in Wikipedia is wrong. She time travels to 201X not 210X so Ryu does not live to be 100+ years old.
Ingrid has no nationality other than “?” You can argue she comes from Heaven or something like that. When you face her in SFA3 Max she can appear on anyone’s background. If you lose the match the rematch can take place anywhere else. You face Eagle in Birdie’s stage, Maki in Guy’s stage and Yun in Fei-Long’s stage.
