I remember that there use to be a community for the game on the Gamefaqs message board. Don’t know how many of those people still play the game since The Conduit came out. But I never had the game, so… :wonder:

Nintendo Admits E3 conference wasn’t All That
Do something with Cammie…I don’t care what it is but anytime she’s on stage and opens her mouth it makes gamers cringe. I’d also say next E3 don’t pull up the numbers and do the whole bragging thing again…we know that ‘It prints money!’ for the past 3 years. If you’re going to mention it give it 5 minutes and nothing else. Next I’m going to say is make sure you have LOZ at the next conference in some form…if not it’s going to be an automatic near failure…especially if you’re going to split your conference to half casual half core or some variation thereof. That’s my 2 cent.

A Boy and His Blob showed up in our books with an October date. I also forgot to fix Monster Hunter 3 and Phantom Brave is coming out tomorrow. Too bad it’s going to get completely overshadowed by DAT MADDEN. It should be a fun game for disgaea fans though and it’s getting released at 39.99.
NyxQuest AKA Icarian: Kindred Spirits is really good. I’d say it is Top 10 of original downloadables between the 3 major consoles.

I haven’t heard good things about these damn recharging stations. I bought some rechargeable double A batteries when I got my Wii and I haven’t looked back. They’re definitely the way to go.
Hey Sonichuman, I noticed that you didn’t have Battalion Wars 2 under the list of exclusives on the front. Were you not a big fan?
oh no I dug what I played of the first Battalion Wars and thought it was pretty awesome. I haven’t played the second so I went based on how the reviews went. Like I said earlier I use a combination of that and what’s been said in this thread along with my own experiences so that list in the front isn’t a ‘ME’ list. I haven’t played Castle of Shikigami at all but someone suggested that be on the list and no one objected and I researched it a bit. The only reason Battalion Wars 2 isn’t on the list is because reviews were mixed (even among IGN, GT, 1up, and GI), I hadn’t played it, and nobody had said anything of it until now.
so…how is the game and should it be put up there?

oh and I saw that report earlier but I didn’t know what to make of it. The only one’s my store has are the Nyko ones and the Energizer so I have no idea who Psyclone Essentials and React are unless they helped Nyko and Energizer make their brand chargers.

Guitar Hero 5 will be the first Wii game to support the HCSD (32 gigs, hell yeah) cards, and after GH5 drops, it and all other Wii games/WiiWare/VC can play streaming off the SD card, no internal memory required.

I know there are some Kamen Rider fans running about this forum and yes… I’m about to say that there’s a game coming out on both the DS and the Wii. I’m curious about it but I haven’t seen any footage of it or screenshots. I have a feeling that it’s going to be ass but I’ll reserve judgement.

Ahh Robot Chicken…one of several saving graces of CN. That’s also a reference to the robot from one of their earlier episodes which makes it 2 times funnier for me.

edit: On another note, I’m still waiting an announcement for Fatal Frame 4. I really like the series and is probably one of my favorite horror franchises, I just hope if they actually announce it for the US with bug fixes that are found the the Japanese version.

It is cool, but you’d think they’d have a better deal for such a limited offer would be a choice between the OG Metriod and Super Metriod. Especially since part of deal says you have to own and register a previous Prime game already in order to be eligible.
It’s definitely better than getting ‘Europed’ again.

When thinking about the kinds of games that take advantage of what Wii offers (what I call “Point & Motion”), NyxQuest is easily one of the best. In fact, I’d say it IS Wii’s best Platformer in that regard.

These are the kinds of games that really represent “Point”. Great games that just wouldn’t work nearly as well without it!
Wii Sports Resort is definitely the best game to represent “Motion”, but it seems Wii still has a long way to go on this side. It’s frustrating that the big dogs of game development aren’t really stepping up to the plate when it comes to Wii.
To any Wii enthusiast, buy NyxQuest ASAP!
As a fan of Brawl who was extremely disappointed with the online mode overall, I’ve got high hopes for this. Smash Up looks like it could come close to being as fun, while also being a big step up in terms of online mode.
