Going to Winter Brawl not to get top 8 at Marvel or clown everyone in SFxT, but to see the hotel maid I met the last time I was there at NEC13.

EVO 2012 was a total blast! Sure, I went 1-4 once you take out the byes, but that one win…man oh man that win. Like the lady says, I tasted blood…and I want more!
My other friends are big Tekken players, so we’re already started planning our trip for EVO 2013. Even if we all get whomped, it’s still Vegas with friends.

@Shinobi - Thanks a lot for your work! I’ve been wanting to do something like this too because, often times for me, it’s hard to SIT STILL long enough to play through big tournament.
With all the electricity in the air, I say the actual tournament (FOR ME) is
on the back burner to friends, the casuals, the hype money matches, and the drunken & hilarious come backs. Those are the golden moments for me.
That was a good read as I’m tired of having family and friends who showed no interest in fighting games at all. -__- Lame.
Here is something in this line of thought I made it to the last day of SCR couldn’t compete due too work dickin over my schedule. But I made the last day. this is what you missed. Arcade Shock/ Norcal were Arm wrestling Potemkin wearing an angry birds beanie for a King of FIghters sign,Gibby, Hell Pockets, even Honzo Gonzo and Ramnation got in on the action. Polly, or at least who I think was Polly. A Kof player beat him and won the sign. It was a girl and she is all but 4’ft tall, If you have seen her she is really smal, she won. But you don’t see that stuff on stream.
The Headliners are good but there are so many things you miss when you don’t go. Make some memories and experiance these events for yourself. I wish I could have competed but I still had a great time. With just the atomosphere alone.
That and King of Saurus real life trolling every tournament there. He got around I’ll give him that.
