From what I can recall, Cammy was considered the strongest SF character in the NCR build. Haven’t seen how much that has changed since.
I remember Seth Killian saying Raven looking to be a strong character IIRC and with the Rufus inclusion, Wong and Ortiz will use them and Chun at this point. Chun being one of Ricky’s secondary and Justin’s favorite character(he said he didn’t use her in SFIV bc she was a charge character).
Depends, we haven’t seen how much synergy Raven or Rufus will have with Chun.
