Also about the lack of access to NeoWave…this is also the truth…When I was in Juarez, Mexico the people that did play it with me LOVED IT…but they said there was like only ONE CAB in the entire city of Monterrey…
So they just dont have too much access to it…but they DO LIKE IT…
There used to be a Neowave cabinet here in Concepcion, Chile between 2005-2006 but nobody could care less and just went to play kof98 and 2002.
