Why does SRK keep rejecting these gifs, even tho their under the size limit?

Both these avatars I made, are under the 19k file size limit, but every time I try to change my avatar to them, SRK keeps saying their both like, 60k! Can anyone help?

The problem is they’re 164x64. The max size for non-premium is 160x64. :tup:
