yeaaaaa, I don’t think so.
I play with 2 people who average about 5 glitches a day each w\in an hour or 2. The longer we play the more likely its going to happen. As a matter of fact, I have to play according to that random bullshit that can happen @ any time and its not uncommon that w\in a long session that they average 10+ glitches a piece per session.
That doesn’t make the game random, jackass. a game being random is things randomly working differently than usually for no reason at all. I.E. using hail storm and getting alot of chip damage. use it again on the same character, in the same position and hardly getting any.
I think it’s because people just want to be taken for a ride, move their body, and don’t want to be let go.

Arguably(At least in the United States) the jump from scrub to aight player in Marvel vs Capcom 2 is a lot bigger than scrub to aight player in 3rd Strike for example.
Somebody with even the most basic of skills may occasionally catch a decent 3rd Strike player off guard.
Being “Decent” at Marvel in my definition of what is Marvel “Decent”,you have to know a lot more than you need to know to be decent in 3rd Strike for example
