I was an Adon main before I swapped ships to Abel. I haven’t played anyone else really for about 2 months now that I started to main Abel, but occasionally in an endless room if the person winning is super out of my league and I just can’t hack it with Abel I swap to Adon to see how he stacks up. It’s surprising watching my Abel do poorly against Mike Ross’ Honda, but my Adon can take a round off on him. It’s weird since my Adon is def. not even 1/1000th of Gamerbee’s level.

But yeah Adon is my alt because I REALLY like him as a character. His win quotes are epic stuff. :stuck_out_tongue: If Rolento gets added as DLC though Abel will become my alt and Rolento my main. xD

Starting to use Chun Li for an alt.

Adon and Ryu are my alts to Abel.
I mained Ryu before Abel, but I switched to Abel because my metagame were all anti-shotos, so I needed something to deal with that, and watching Juicebox beat Scumbag really piqued my interest in Abel, so I picked him up and since have made him my main.

Abel is mah boy and even tho I maintain what I’d call “alts” they are strictly for casual play… except Akuma, who I’m trying to develop into a potential-new-main because I want to play a character with good footsies, a fireball, tons of combos, and a really strong oki game.

But I’d say my alts from best to worse… Akuma, Cody, Cammy.

Just to contribute to the thread, I’m starting to use Rufus and Chun Li some. But, that’s just me tier humping and trying to learn the characters for matchup purposes.

I have quite alot of alts, mainly because I went through alot of different mains until I settled on Abel, first I learnt Blanka then Akuma then Dudley and finally Abel. I’m Ok with all of them except Akuma, as I didn’t really invest much time into learning him.

I think I have a greater understanding of how to be effective with Abel than any of these other characters though.

Well, I like using M.Bison, Makoto, Rufus, Cammy or Adon when I don’t feel like playing Abel.
I also feel like learning Sakura somewhat.

Zang is like abel just slower, Honda because he has a command throw and Guy for the aggro game.

Cody is main and won me this time over Ryu who was my main in vanilla. Ryu is still my best character so I don’t know what to call who lol.

I guess I have a main (Cody), a default (Ryu) and secondary (Honda?)

Well I dabbled between Abel guile and bison in vanilla before finally setting with Abel as main in super. Mostly been messing around with elf as an alt purely for the fun factor. Scrub flowchart kens are my speciality as 99% don’t know how to block his attacks :stuck_out_tongue:

I actually mained Guile first until I accidentally picked Abel at the arcade. Now Guile is my alt :stuck_out_tongue:

Well abel is my alt. Dictator is my main, guile is dictator’s demon…so I hardly have too many problems when my abel faces guile :bgrin:
