I’m not buying into the Megaman X deconfirm just yet. I haven’t seen or heard any reliable information about it or I’ve just missed it somehow.

Well I believe it was… Nitsuuma (spelling?) Who said “Some characters were requested too late like Virgil, Gene, and Megaman X” or something like that.
But then later Seth said they were trying to squeeze in some last minute characters so I would cry if Megaman X and Gene got in on that luck. Course I could be completely wrong about all of this, I just remember reading this crap.

SOOOOO lame, Gambits one of the best Xmen and classic mvc characters. Oh well, at least we got Deadpool.

No doubt some of Viper’s stuff was inspired by Cap, but saying they’re too similar to be in the same game is like saying Dan and Ryo are too similar to be in the same game.

My best guess is that it was Niitsuma at the same time as when Rival schools was deconfirmed, somebody else remember this? I would love to be wrong about this one.
I don’t even remember him disconfirming Cyberbots; but I remember that he admit that he is struggling to make his moveset workable with only 3 attack buttons. that could be for TvC.
I think he deconfirmed Jin not Cyberbots, but it might as well be the same thing, the ‘we have trouble making Blodia work’ would apply to the other 'bots too, and jin is def. the most fighting game’y of the characters.
I don’t see what the trouble would be. Leaving Jin exactly the same as MvC2 would be awesome. I fear to much change for MvC3-no jin, no bulleta, no gambit, sum ppl are saying no Cyclops or ken or akuma, others are saying no Capcom, Cammy is proly out with C. Viper in. Tisk Tisk Capcom & fuck bionic commando and fuck arthur.
