No that twitter is Niitsuma’s and it’s mostly in Japanese, but you can tweet him with your requests for DLC. I forgot about Strider in my tweet but I also ran out of characters =P
Capcom just needs Strider and Megaman X, but seriously strider. Please, for the sake of the game and the entire community, we must do something to force capcom to put strider in the game.
