Because traveling would be about indulging in Vegas style hedonism, and less so to play in the largest competitive fighting game tournament in the world. Don’t get me wrong, everyone here can whoop me in MvC2 for free. But the passion that drives them to train and travel for major events has long ago left these guys. From what I understand, attending in 2006 was almost a spur of the moment thing.

Get rooms in the East tower, apparently you can’t plug in your consoles in the West tower due to old TVs that have the jacks blocked off. The east tower has newer TVs with the ports on the front. This is all from the Evo page in a stickied thread.
I wonder if Row is going or not. Wiz put him as an alternate for the WC 5 on 5, but I haven’t heard a response to it yet

What time does your plane depart from Vegas? Will you be cheering on any Seattle MvC2 players should they make top 8? Having a non-Marvel player schedule his flight out of respect for the MvC2 players might guilt them into attending.
