Also Nightyo, I tried looking and cant find it. Ryu taking tournaments at that level is rare but I have to go check again. I thought it was the tournament before Necro won one and after the hair cutting 3s video.

I always thought Ruu, but I am now sold on Vanao. Watching his matches from 6th tohoku? tournament turned me in to too much a fan. I know he is inconsistent at times, but man he is awesome. I do think Kuni is probably an all around more solid 3rd strike player, but his denjin set ups pale in comparison to Vanao.
Ruu is still amazing though, just seems like he is not playing. Namijin still has it too (in the Ryu5 team matches from pre coop cup he was the only player that did shit) I just think i am a bit biased to sa3 Ryu and find sa1 a bit dry.
Oh and Magu is always fun to watch with his crazy SA2 style.
Both of them are about equal in strength. Vanao has more experience. Kuni is still relatively new and already is on the level of Vanao or greater. Kuni’s the highest ranked Ryu in the Danisen as well.
