For some reason, I’m reminded of Hazama (Sans the whole chains thing). If Valentine gets in, I expect her to be rushdown.
EDIT: Throwing syringes? Ouch. Maybe she can poison people with them, like Bang’s kunai or Hawkeye’s arrows?
Oh yeah, totally; I see no reason why he uses so many physical moves, and it’s not like giving Deadpool a different H move would break the game. At least he makes more sense than Magneto (The master of girly high kicks and purple laser beams).
That’s one of the things I like about Skullgirls; the characters actually fit their appearance, with every aspect playing a part in the moveset. The only exception is Fillia, whose moves still look a bit random to me.
I would love to see the picture of this.
Anyways, I hope she’s not keepaway, I was hoping the blade would be a key part of her playstyle and she’d be the second hardcore rush down character we got.
Ms Fortune i wouldn’t say is hardcore rushdown, she’s like a pseduo stance rush down character with other elements. Dope picture by the way, I can’t wait for this game.
Don’t call Ms. Fortune a stance character because she’s not. The mechanic with the head is generally referred to as a “shadow”, and I suppose “puppet” or “minion” would also be acceptable.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that the woman in dark attire to the right in New Meridian in the last FNF could be Black Dahlia. I’m saying this because the color scheme fits, I think she looks the part, her dress has a slit up the right leg, and she’s got some feathery-ish things decorating her hair.
And yeah, I know, I’m going pretty far out on that limb.
Another momentous occasion for Skullgirls and it’s many fans. Seriously that just makes me smile so much knowing we inadvertently saved the life of a character we know nothing about, but love all the same. Thanks Alex for caring! <3

Well, technically Skullgirls IS cartoon game. The thing is cartoon character was spared because of RL people’s love. Which is freakin’ great, isn’t it? =3
I immediately imagined he would’ve died in the lab when one of the projects goes crazy like the people in that one scene of Spider-Man 2 where they try to saw off Doc Ock’s tentacles.
I would very much like a Skullgirls wall art of some sort with Science Shark in it. Is there an ETA on the store, or did he simply mean adding more new items to the existing store?
That is so win! I’d buy two. One to wear. One to frame proudly on the wall. I don’t know how realistic it would be to sell, though. I know people in this forum would love the idea, but does that translate into $$$ for Reverge? Perhaps I should ask instead if that translates into enough $$$ for Reverge to warrant making them.
