If we keep talking about T.J, maybe Reverge will consider adding him to SG sooner rather than later (or even at all, perhaps he had been forgotten?) haha.
@Noble Cactus, who is Birdie? I hope it’s some vague character I have an excuse for not knowing of (or maybe I just forgot the name… yeah we’ll go with that)
I opted for a sprite because his full body character art doesn’t fit him well enough for some reason. Even if he is a big slouchy guy.
Like Mr. X said, he’s from SF Alpha. He’s a former wrestler/street punk from England who does rushing attacks and grabs you with a huge chain. I think he also has a good air game.
“He” is also in SF1, but I put that in quotes because he looks like a big white guy in that game. Capcom’s explanation is that he was sick during that time. Which is lol.
Also, I’m quite pleased that my favorite character has juuuuuust the right proportions. Squigly doesn’t need any milkshakes to get those hips. And she’s skinny to boot. So take that Filia.
I find it funny that she was a singer, yet her mouth is stitched. I wonder if she’ll be able to talk?

Based on the Fillia shadow behind her, and the fact that she’s a mixture of several characters, I’m guessing Double is either concept art for a random option or for the inevitable mirror match that would happen in single player mode.
But it also has the weird crown with Parasoul’s symbol on it… Say, didn’t King Renoir disappear?

That image is rather old though, who knows what they could do with Double, it’s too interesting a concept just to make a Mokujin/mirror character out of. At WORST I reckon she’ll be like Seth, borrowed moves from other characters, but even that seems a bit too basic for SG. With the effort it takes to make a character, I’m damn sure they will want to make the most of the effort required.
Their policy is not to waste resources on non-competitive chars. So she either will be some crazy unique original character or just doppelganger.
Speaking of playable bosses: if Marie is balanced for competitive play then what her strength in “bossmode” will be? Ton of health? Insane damage? Infinite meter? Enhanced moves’ properties? @_@
I doubt her stats will be out of the ordinary even as a final boss. Since Mike has told us that the computer is designed to follow patterns that get progressively tougher to teach the newbies how to play their character, she’d probably be like the “final exam” and incorporate many of the patterns to be sure that the person remembers their basics.
If Squiggly has “a” donk then Filia has two :p. Am I the only one really feeling Panzerfaust’s look? Sure I main hulk/brutes in general and my be slightly biased but in a game with such fabulous varied not to mention original characters, perhaps we need one guy a little more grounded in reality who only wants to brutalize you with his fists and an explosive or 3?
