Cable, obviously. Then 3s Chun. I wouldn’t say Ken because it isn’t as easy to hit confirm c.mk xx SA III.
There’s not much to learning Chunli’s gameplan. Learn your combo into super, and use meter to scare people into kara-throw. Also the few staple normals to zone people. If you can master these, you’ll be cranking out wins with Chun. Like somebody else said before, when you start to play good people it will be a problem, but with all the characters you listed 3s Chun is most definitely the easiest to pick up and win with. Ken takes more groundwork than Chun.
cammy has a retarded groundgame. all you gotta do is walk around randomly mashing hp and hk.
I’d have to add a vote for CVS 2 Blanka (other). Too many easy-to-use options, whether you’re talking about low level play or high level play.
Cable gets my vote easily. AHVB does some ridiculous damage and it’s so easy to do. Even scrubs can pull it off with ease after practicing for a little while. Hell, I can even do it pretty well on a pad…
After that, T4 Jin comes in second for me (even though only T5 is on the list…) JFLS > any other move in the game and is pretty easy to pull off.
yeah mommy always praised me for my reading abilitiez
Duo Lon
Eddie should deffinatly NOT be on that list.
If you needed a Guilty Gear character, you easily had a choice between Sol and Slayer in top tier as well.
IF u can hit confirm kens mk in 3s u deserve all the props in the world
At least with the 2D games, execution is still necessary with the top tier. SCII Xianghua on the other hand, is everything gone wrong.
Sol ain’t TT, though.
LOL, true.
And Slayer isn’t that hard to control. He’s a respectable character, yes, but his learning curve isn’t that long (you gotta deal with his weird dashes and his relatively limited air and ground movement, though).
And Zato (Eddie sounds pretty stupid)… omg, Zato… you practically need to be totally syncronized with him in order to make serious damage (with Summon Eddie and his other stuff). In order to control him at 100%, you would need 6 fingers in each hand :o
For me it’s 3s Ken. Chun-li is obviously high tier, but her mix up game sucks. Forward, forward, eeeh, eeeh, fierce, fierce, forward, super is a lot more predictable than kens rediculous amount of chains, cancels and cross-ups. Again like someone said already, he is easier to pick up too. I found it easier to learn ken than chun, but everyones different I supose.
I agree Cable is WAY high tier, but I find it a lot easier to get raped in MvC2 than in 3S. You wiff that AHVB your Magneto-meat waiting for a guard break.
So for me, ken.
Chun-Li, no contest.
It takes alot for me to respect someone who plays her, regardless of whatever level of play they’re at. Hell, I think it’s more of a disappointment that they’d pick such a brain dead character. I don’t get overly mad or upset playing against her, but you will see my roll eyes plenty, that’s for sure.
:\
3s chun is too easy.
for real. chun = low foward xx super. that and alot of pokes and throws. nothing else.
The thing with Chun is anyone who knows the game, knows to watch for the low forward, and knows her kara range. All she needs is low forward xx super, pokes, and kara throw - but that’s all she really has. Her mix-up game is pretty ass… But maybe I’m just defendin’ her because I play her, but whatver.
Least skill IMHO, is Storm in Marvel. I suck at Marvel but I’ve beat people by just usin’ simple air combos and runaway hailing all day, and on a rare occasion land a double snap (I get like 1/15).
Well I guess that’s the dull nature of top tiers, sometimes they’re top because they have options to cover much any situation, and sometimes what little they’ve got is just good enough to pounce on the rest of the cast because of priority / damage / etc.
;p
Point taken.
Voted Chun Li-roy: Back + Fierce/c. fowardxxSAII…
IMO storm: RH, run, launch 1234 lightning attackxxlightning storm DHC done!
