Not as it is without additional software or modding the Q1.

So what software?
Joytokey, inputmapper(my favorite using DS4 and PS4 sticks), and X360ce
Get a hori, but like some mentioned you need the 3rd party software. Joytokey works pretty simple. Download the software and click auto recognize and works like a charm. DO NOT BUY A MADCATZ. Their quality control is absent. Im one of a long line of members who’s been burned by them.
**** JOYTOKEY will have 20ms of input lag unless you set the processing speed to x16, which drops the input lag to <3ms. Most people have no idea about this !

For PC compatibility set the stick to PC Mode.

I am very sure it should be Xinput compatible when set to PC mode.
