Please buy them all so you can try them extensively and end up using a JLF with a square gate anyway.

So far my experience would be:

LS-40 (Square) ~= JLF (Square) > JLF (Octagon) > LS-55 (Square) > LS-55 (Octagon) > Crown CWL306 (Circle)

I’ve only ever used a Square JLF, but I like it. I would like to try Seimitsu parts sometime though…

If it’s between a JLF and a 33, the JLF/square (although I do like 33s), but I’m an LS-32/square man at heart.

I am Happ player by nature. Although given the choices and that I am trying like hell to “try and like something new”, my choice is for the JLF, octo-gate with an LS-55 spring to tighten the throw.
