I know this is a really late response, but as a Juri player myself, I have to agree that she can be pretty cheap if you know how to play her ;). She does require quite a bit of proper execution, though, because her reversal options are pretty terrible. EX Shenpusha is really the only thing she has and she’s pretty defenseless after she’s knocked down as well if your opponent is good with his timing.
Now, characters I hate the most are really just characters that I’m unfamiliar with. In particular, Guy and Blanka really screw me up because the few people that play as them well online are virtual gods. I can never counter either of them properly without baiting them… Or maybe Juri’s just a terrible matchup for either of those.

Come on, Makoto is a very unorthodox character that requires tons of practice and timing. You have to respect anyone who uses her.
I play Makoto and I found this really funny to read, because you NAILED ME! I run away to the other side of the screen and just stand there hitting my s.mp. If you fireball, I’ll just stand there and mp. If you’re knocked down, I’ll “run” away with my terrible walk speed. High damage characters with great mixups, good resets, a command grab leading into a free combo leading into a reset, an overhead that can lead into a minor combo or a knockdown, and an awesome forward dash definitely run away.[/sarcasm]
Whoops, forgot to add that Makoto doesn’t actually take any skill. I’m just a scrub who plays her to say I’m good.

Everybody expects you to dive kick, so when you just stand on the other side and keep hitting c.hp they have no idea what to do.
I hate fighting Dhalsim as Dudley player. Getting in is hard since pretty much nothing of mine beats hit Stand Fierce. I can counter poke with Standing Roundhouse and buffer into Ex. Machinegun Blow but that is only if his Fierce spamming gets too predictable. Otherwise I lose like half of my health getting in. Feelsbadman
Use Jumping Lightkick it beats some of his pokes and you can also use jumping Medium kick to stuff dhalsims Lightkick

Why is Juri easy at lower levels (or at least easier than other characters)?.?
Cos she can throw 3 differently angled projectiles and crouch mp so scrubs will complain that they can’t jump in or walk near her not realising that you could focus it or block and go in before her shitty start up on it, when they start focussing the scrub juri will jump down back kick the scrub and he’ll complain and finally everyone seems to think that all pin wheels are invincible and have no recovery when they’re all punishable and ex one doesn’t even have THAT much priority…
