Igniz and Gill are also console only, but KoF2k1 has it’s fair share of problems without Igniz.
MotW bosses have always been playable regardless of platform, had they not been it wouldn’t have been allowed.

I fixed it a little bit, but thats basically what i was getting at. Urien is not A tier (high) in 3s. He’s B, although he’s at the top of the B class. Twelve is considered C class. Although its been argued that he’s D material (bottom).

More letters are just used when the gaps are wider.
Like someone explained how good eddie is. Despite all that he is still just A tier along with Testament and Slayer, because the gaps in accent core aren’t really wide enough to justify having 7 tier levels
not only that, depending on the game, the tier gets more importance than others, for example in gg, being a low tier doesnt mean that the char is trash it only means that you will need a little more experience to win, or in mvc that if your chars are low tiers you are in really trouble, so depending on the games the tiers are more or less important

I would call Zankuro Minazuki, Suija, Enja, are God tier in Samurai Showdown 5
SS : XI Gato and Kula
Gato is so broken and cheap that he is SS tier, Kula the same but not as crazy as Gato.
I gave up on XI because it became a Gato/Kula/*** game, 98UM FTW!
