What's the most balanced SF2?

Three questions:

1. By HF are you all referring to Street Fighter: Hyper Fighting or Hyper Street Fighter 2? I’d guess the first.

2. With Hyper Street Fighter 2 out can those who have played it say it is a definite contender for being the most balanced tournament viable Street Fighter game out there or does it fall in line with a number of glitch filled, unbalanced games out there?

3. I have heard people refering to Hyper Street Fighter 2 as SFAE (street fighter anniversary edition). is this name given simply because HSF2 or HS is too easily confused with SF Hyper Fighting?

what i dunno is how to link supers in ST, i can’t do it in the classic SFA or SF3 way, it doesn’t cancel…even in GBA ST i can do it, but in DC nope…how do i?

But then again I play it a lot more than HF, so I wouldn’t know too much.

Only Honda’s super truly sucks.
And Guile’s, although it’s real good if you can combo it close up.
The rest are all good IMO.

Well, it can’t be ST…the supers alone make that game BS & broken. I think it’s a toss-up between SSF2 & HF. The great thing about AE is, now people can finally play SSF2 on turbo speed outside of Snes and see what the game has to offer.

I’d say ST, good speed, the supers, juggles, every character is good. I no nothing too broken but Akuma but that’s another issue
