I think the anti-childhood obesity groups led by Michelle Obama are really starting to declare war on fat. I remember in 2007 when I was still in High School, the school disbanded my video game club that I started in 2005 because video games promote obesity…yet they kept the bakery club open!!
i miss clusters. i liked that as much as honey bunches of oats. cant find clusters anywhere.
the one thing i really dont like when it comes to cereal is cereal that floats. nothing against them taste wise but for the simple fact that they float. but i do love me some captain crunch.
I really enjoyed the Quaker cereals they used to have. The cereal tasted good, and the best part was that they came only in bags, so you didn’t pay ludicrous amounts of money for flashy boxes.
@Dhalsimowns: no way man, I like Mini-Wheats myself. I enjoy the maple flavour the most.
Everything always tastes better when you’re a kid. I had a same revelation years ago about the quality of cereal when I tried some nostalgia eating of a couple of favorite childhood products I too thought the quality was lowered, but then I realized that the cereal was the same, I had just grown up.
nah not with me, I mentioned CTC tasting better before the recession, which was like two and a half years ago. French Toast Crunch definitely got nerfed, I ate that til it changed completely. You can look at those pics and tell that they look completely different and can probably assume they tasted different. I know you tend to start losing your taste buds when you reach 40 years old though. Just sayin.
top 3 easy. Cinnabon cereal just actually came out again and my god it is so good. Also anyone try cupcake pebbles? That cereal looks so sweet and delicious but im afraid to pick up a box and be dissapointed.
Real talk, Boo Berry kills Frankenberry but theyre both so good you cant complain. They got nothin on the count though
oh man, back around 04 I remember when my aunt picked me up a box of Waffle Crisp from the States… It was like the Holy Grail of all cereals for my Canadian taste buds. She still goes boarder hopping often and I ALWAYS request to see if niagra/ny area carries it.
That still comes out every once and a while. It’s a limited time thing that occurs every so often, I believe I saw it last time at the grocery store. I don’t really care for it personally or how anyone can eat shredded wheats.
i don’t believe i am lactose intolerant, because i can have ice cream, cheese, and yogurt and have no problems. but something about milk just gets to my stomach
also damn how could i forget the “Smorez”. way too bomb
