However, I’m sure some people on SRK are looking forward to a modified T.Hawk, and some Tekken people like/dislike the changes to their main.

So… not really a versus (which one is better). More like a personal preference thing.

When I look at the details of a new revision of a FG I play, what gets me hyped up is system, balance changes, and new stuff for returning characters. Generally I believe it’s a bad sign when the only thing that interests me in a new revision is a new character.
