What top players to watch?

Ok, now this has been confusing me for months. Nitto plays Yun, Niito plays Urien. At least, that’s what I’m seeing in the hiragana in the videos I watch. I assume they’re different people. Am I right or wrong?

Also, while I’m posting, can anyone recommend any good videos of Dudley players WINNING? Kind of a stupid and redundant question, but I’ve been watching the east vs west things on the Shend’s channel for a while now, and I’ve yet to see a Dudley win more than a match or two.

Gamebox Q2 Danisen vids have some good Kokujin footage

What about Oro?

Kappa

His Oro is really good too

Also Dander and inTheRoughest

Starting a kickstarter soon for a stick and video equipment. PM if you want to donate.

No, you are right. I meant to type Niito (Blue Urien). I was confused at first as well but then I took closer look at the katakana. Sorry for that mistake.

You damn well better be. Now PM so I can provide you with info on how to contribute.

I would argue that there isn’t enough footage and whats there isn’t relevant

Nico Nico? got a link?

(sorry for all the posts)

Gouki - Zabi

His spacing game is really good.

Danderlenin I like you. It took me a while to notice, but you are funny and cute. Also wtf lol at not liking fujiwara. kinda shitty heroin are you shootin

I would like to add zabi for gouki.

They are a bit old. Also just noticed the top vid has Kokujin(UR) and Ino(AL), wow!

Are you suggesting that i don’t like Fujiwara? Just saying that there’s not much footage of him and it dates back to like 2006, 8 years ago man!

Yun:

  1. SHO(The best Yun player in my opinion), Gao(new very strong Yun player),
  2. K.O, Mester/Master, Nitto, Issei, Ochibi, Yakkun, Saru

339 (Mimic) is looking beast too!

Urien: rKf. His partitioning and aegis combos are on par, if not, above RX’s from recent footage of him. Very entertaining to watch

Updated all suggestions.

I definitely remember seeing that SHO and 339 guy lately and just not paying much attention. Now I know to look out for them.

Thanatos is probably the most creative oro player i’ve seen. any mistakes he turns into a useable strategy and ends up being very entertaining to watch. he has a crazy play style.

also, Koro and Fugu have just been getting better and better every time i see a new vid of them. i hope they continue playing oro for a long time.

Since you were asking about players to watch in the context of GSV Tozaisen, I’d say Morikawa (GO) and TK (GO) are both good and worth watching.

TK’s Q is good too but mostly older footage. Since no one else has mentioned any yet, Kuroda (Q), TM (Q), Key (Q), OUT (Q) are all worth checking out.
