MODOK can just chill at the top of the screen for long periods of time, which I promise you will frustrate most online Morridooms. Psionic Blaster also has great durability to throw out against other zoning characters, his Barrier guards against many projectiles, and Balloon Bomb just outright ignores projectiles.
Doom’s kinda screwed against zoning.
Vergil is extremely strong anti-zoning, just put on Spiral Swords and teleport/move in.
Nova has Speed Tackle which destroys projectiles, and is great for tagging assists like Missiles and Drones into a happy birthday. If you want to hit Morrigan with it, just wait for her to throw a ground fireball since she has to take the hit if she doesn’t x-factor or cancel to Level 3.
Spencer’s Bionic Arm is completely invincible and will go through everything right next to him, so you can easily tag assists and point characters if you see them press an unsafe button.
Rocket Raccoon is also very easily kept out by projectile characters, but he can Burrow H to avoid chip damage for a few seconds.
